Ron Blessey was born and raised in the New York area. He lived in Connecticut until 1996, when he relocated to Santa Fe. He has been a well-established Loan Officer in the Santa Fe Real Estate market for the last 27 years. He can provide residential products to a wide array of buyers and clientele purchasing their Primary or Secondary Home as well as Investors, purchasing rental properties. He is also well versed in Construction Lending based on his years of experience. Ron was President of the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Professionals in 2015/2016. Ron joined Lance Armer at Santa Fe Mortgage effective March 24, 2023, This brought Ron back to the mortgage broker world and gives him more control of the loan process utilizing a variety of lenders he has access to.
